Ruby Camillo (by Rico)

30ml Tokaj gin
60ml Camillo premix

Garnish: Grapefruit peel
Method: Mixed

In a mixing beaker, mix the ingredients with ice for approx. 10-15 seconds. Strain into an old fashioned glass in which we have placed an block of ice in front of it. Press the oil of the cut grapefruit peel on it, then place it on the ice as an ornament.

About 500ml for Camillo premix:

280ml campari
210ml red vermouth (Mancino rosso)
70ml dry (Hungarian) red wine

Pour the ingredients into a larger container. Add 5 tablespoons of rose pepper and 100g of raisins. These are compressed with crushed wood in the liquid and left to stand for 8-10 hours
